These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DAD'S Auto website and the vehicle servicing, repair and related services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site.
2. Quotations and bookings
Any quotation provided is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary once the vehicle has been inspected. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding with additional work.
3. Payment
Payment is due on collection of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full.
4. Warranty on work performed
We stand behind our workmanship. Repairs are covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship for a reasonable period. Parts are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or unauthorised modification is excluded.
5. Vehicles left on premises
While we take every reasonable precaution to secure vehicles in our care, vehicles are left on our premises at the owner's risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage save where caused by our gross negligence.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of DAD'S Auto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAD'S Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or our services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
